  •    The above tarifs are for the property rental only.
      There is an end of let cleaning charge of €80 for a let of 1 week or less and €100 for a 2 week let. This cost is to be paid locally
      prior to departure.

  • Child under 2 sharing a B&B room - cot provided free of charge - child's breakfast at a cost of €3

  • A 30% deposit is to be paid on booking.

  • The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the date of your holiday along with a security deposit of €400 if booking a gite.

  • The gite security deposit of €400 is refundable 2 weeks after departure date.
